Terms and Conditions

This page contains the terms & conditions for franotilla.com. Please read them carefully before ordering any products from us. By ordering any of our products, you agree to accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at franotilla.com for the sale and supply of any products.

By placing an order at franotilla.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parent’s permission to buy from us.

Franotilla.com reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights.


PLACING A WEB ORDER

When you decide to buy something, click on “Add to Cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Click on the Shopping Bag, which is located at the top right section of the screen. Click “Checkout” to confirm your items.

Fill in your Contact Information and click “Continue to shipping method”. Choose your shipping method and click “Continue to payment method". Choose your Payment method and your Billing address and click on “Complete order”.


Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will be given an order number. You will also receive a confirmation email with an order summary and payment method.


PRICES

The price applicable is set when you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are presented before confirming the order.

The multiple currencies are only indicative. Even though prices are displayed in different currencies, orders will still be processed in Swedish Krona (SEK). The currency will always switch back to Swedish Krona (SEK) at checkout. For current currency rates, please turn to your payment method provider.


Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.


PAYMENT

All products remain the property of franotilla.com until full payment is made.

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.

All transfers conducted through franotilla.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.


DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability of all products ordered, franotilla.com aims to deliver within 3-10 business days. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact shop@franotilla.com.


RETURN POLICY

Please contact us at shop@franotilla.com with the reason for the complaint before returning any items. It is appropriate that the customer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.


When returning a product the buyer pays for shipping

You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. You can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.


RETURNING A PRODUCT/PACKAGE

You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Please send us a copy of the package receipt and we will make a refund to your account when we receive the package. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges. We at franotilla.com are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


EXCHANGES

You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. You can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.

If you would like to change a product to a similar item at the same price, just contact us and return the item you would like to switch. When we receive the product we will automatically send the new one.

If you would like to change a product to another product with a different prize, just contact us and return the item you would like to switch. When we receive the product we will automatically refund you. Please place a new order for the wanted product.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If the product is defective, damaged you need to contact us at shop@franotilla.com. Please return the defective product and we will deliver you the new product as soon as possible. We will also refund the shipping costs.

Should the product be out of stock we will refund you as soon as possible. Refunds will not be made for products that have been mishandled or used in an improper way.


TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us at info@franotilla.com and we will refund you or exchange the product as soon as possible.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that have not been claimed from the post office within 14 days, franotilla.com reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by franotilla.com as responsible for the personal information according to The Personal Data Act. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. The information you provide is only available to franotilla.com and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request franotilla.com to delete or correct the information held about you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Franotilla.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of when a product is sold out, franotilla.com has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Franotilla.com shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
